When you call our hospital for an appointment, our client services representatives will triage your pet’s condition and determine their health status by asking a few simple questions. With that information, they will advise you if urgent care is the right option.

Urgent care visits are same-day appointments reserved for pets needing prompt medical attention and care.

Pet illnesses and injuries don’t always stick to a convenient schedule—that’s why we offer urgent care visits during our normal business hours. Urgent care is a priority appointment scheduling service for pets who are experiencing discomfort, irritation, or illness that has a sudden onset and is significantly affecting their wellbeing.
